Best Article of the Year-Award(s)

It is a yearly award meant for the encouragement of the research scholars and students. The research cell invites the applications from the students of all the Departments for the award. Only such articles are considered which are published in the UGC-CARE list or the category recommended by UGC.

Highest Research Productivity Award (HRPA)

It is also an yearly award. Only students and research scholars can submit the applications for this award. Students and research scholars are awarded in recognition of the magnitude of their productivity (mainly in terms of the research articles published/accepted) in research activities. During assessment, only such articles are considered which are published in the UGC-CARE list or the category of articles recommended by UGC.

Best Dissertation of the Year-Award

This award is given to the students in recognition of their research work embodied in the dissertations. It is ascertained that the dissertation, selected for the award, is suitable in terms of the adequate quality and quantity of the work.

Best Thesis of the Year - Award (BTA)

This award is meant for those who have completed a doctoral degree in the University. It is ensured that the Ph.D. thesis selected for the award is the best one in terms of the standard, quality and quantity of the research data and results and has also led to the publication(s) in high quality and reputed journals.

Highly Productive Researcher of the Year-Award (HPRYA): For Faculty Members

This award is meant for encouraging the faculty members for their continuous and successful efforts in research activities. The faculty members are awarded in recognition of their productivity in terms of high-quality publications and/or research grants in a particular year.

Best Researcher of the Year-Award (BRYA): For Faculty Members

It is also a yearly award meant for the recognition of the faculty members. The faculty members who carry out highly impactful and quality research are considered and identified for this award. Only such articles will be considered which are published in the UGC-CARE list or the category of articles recommended by UGC. The research grants, obtained by the faculty members, are also taken into consideration while deciding this award.
